Our principal place of business is located at 1012 Marquez Place, Ste. 106-B, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
By accessing or using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to services offered through the Site. - Communicating with airlines, booking platforms, and other travel providers to facilitate changes to your itinerary.
- Providing guidance and recommendations regarding fare rules, cancellation policies, and rebooking procedures.
- Assisting with travel-related inquiries and providing general information about airline policies and regulations.
AirSwitch Travel Group acts as a travel assistance intermediary. We are not an airline, and we do not directly operate flights, issue airline tickets, or control airline policies. All bookings, fare rules, cancellation fees, and change policies are determined by the applicable airline or booking platform. While we make every effort to provide accurate and helpful assistance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, fare availability, or the policies of third-party providers.
The information provided on our Site is for general informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice. Specific travel situations may require consultation with licensed travel professionals, legal advisors, or the airlines directly.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Site and services, you agree to the following responsibilities and obligations:

You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, including but not limited to incorrect flight details, passenger names, or contact information.

You shall not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
- Prohibited conduct: You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site; (b) transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature; (c) use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site; (d) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or (e) collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.
- Timely communication: You acknowledge that flight changes, cancellations, and rebookings are often time-sensitive. You agree to respond promptly to communications from our team and to provide all requested information in a timely manner. Delays in your response may affect the availability of certain options or the outcome of your request.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of AirSwitch Travel Group LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The AirSwitch name, the AirSwitch logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AirSwitch Travel Group LLC. You are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written consent of AirSwitch Travel Group LLC. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to: (a) modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Content; (b) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction methods; (c) download or cache any Content for purposes other than personal use; or (d) use the Content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. Any use of the Site or its Content not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Fees and Payment
Certain services provided by AirSwitch Travel Group may be subject to fees. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before services are rendered. By requesting our services and agreeing to the stated fees, you authorize AirSwitch Travel Group to charge the agreed-upon amount using the payment method you provide.
Service fees charged by AirSwitch Travel Group are separate from and in addition to any fees, penalties, or charges imposed by airlines or other travel providers in connection with your flight change, cancellation, or rebooking. AirSwitch Travel Group is not responsible for airline-imposed fees or charges.
Refund policies for our service fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of service. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. AirSwitch Travel Group does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AIRSWITCH TRAVEL GROUP LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Site or our services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Site, including but not limited to any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
- Any content obtained from the Site or through our services.
- Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Any actions or omissions by airlines, booking platforms, or other third-party travel providers.
- Missed flights, itinerary changes, or travel disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF AIRSWITCH TRAVEL GROUP LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO AIRSWITCH TRAVEL GROUP LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AirSwitch Travel Group LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Site or our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity right, confidentiality right, or privacy right; (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; or (e) any information or content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AIRSWITCH TRAVEL GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AIRSWITCH TRAVEL GROUP LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (C) THE QUALITY OF ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SITE WILL BE CORRECTED.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is accessed at your own discretion and risk. You shall be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from AirSwitch Travel Group LLC or through the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the services provided by AirSwitch Travel Group LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the services provided by AirSwitch Travel Group LLC ("Dispute"), you and AirSwitch Travel Group LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally. You agree to contact us at [email protected] with a written description of the Dispute and allow a period of at least thirty (30) calendar days for the parties to attempt to negotiate a resolution in good faith.
If the Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within the thirty (30) day period, either party may pursue resolution through mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may proceed to binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, as described in Section 9 above.
Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
11. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site shall immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
You may discontinue your use of the Site at any time. If you have an active service request in progress at the time you discontinue use, you remain responsible for any fees or obligations incurred prior to discontinuation.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such finding shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent. If such modification is not possible, the offending provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and AirSwitch Travel Group LLC regarding your use of the Site and our services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter. No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Changes to These Terms
AirSwitch Travel Group LLC reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted on the Site and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of material changes through email or a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.
